By booking an appointment with Lux Nails Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions: No-Show Policy: I understand that if I do not show up to my scheduled appointment, I will be charged the full fee of the service booked. Nail Health Requirement: I acknowledge that services will not be performed on broken, brittle, or lifted nails. Proper healing time is necessary before booking enhancements to ensure the health and safety of my nails. Liability: I understand that LuxNails Aesthetics is not responsible for any damage that may occur to my nails after the service. Health Precautions: I agree not to book an appointment if I, or anyone in my home, is experiencing cold or allergy symptoms. Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule, I must provide at least 24 hours' notice to transfer my deposit to the new appointment date. This transfer applies to one rescheduled appointment only. Late Cancellation: If I provide less than 24 hours' notice, my appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No Communication/Day-of Cancellations: Failure to communicate on the day of the appointment may result in a ban from future bookings or require a full-service fee to book again.
